Aging Services Access Point

Franklin County Home Care Corporation/Area Agency on Aging (FCHCC) is a private, non-profit corporation, which develops, provides, and coordinates a range of services to support the independent living of elders, people with disabilities and caregivers.

Franklin County Home Care Corp. serves elders, persons with disabilities and care providers in homes in all of Franklin County and Athol, Petersham, Royalston and Phillipston, Massachusetts.

FCHCC helps older Americans, people with disabilities and caregivers maximize independence and quality of life by providing information, consultation, referral and services to support and assist them.

We are committed to preventing or postponing the need for institutional care, facilitating the return home after an institutional stay, advocating for elders and people with disabilities, funding local projects and providing support to local Councils on Aging and Senior Centers.

Locally, our network helps see which programs and services match your needs and situation.

As part of a nationwide network of Area Agencies on Aging, we can help caregivers and elders who live in different parts of the country get the services and information they need.

One telephone call can put you in touch with dedicated professionals who will provide you individualized help.
