Consumer-Directed Care

Consumer Directed Care offers elders the opportunity to choose and hire their own caregiver to perform personal care, homemaking (laundry, chores…), shopping, or other tasks in their home.

This program is for ALL elders, even those who are NOT on Mass Health. (Those who ARE on Mass Health, and wish to hire and supervise their own caregivers, may be served through the Personal Care Attendant Program [PCA].)
