Meals on Wheels Walkathon

A class of nine new volunteers has graduated from the SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Everyone) Programís eleven-week-long summer training session. Coming from all different walks of life, these women completed their course with an intensive exam, successfully passing and graduating as certified SHINE Counselors. Recent graduates include, from left to right, Barbara Levy of Greenfield, Marion Rosenau of Amherst, Jayne Sullivan of Hatfield, Terri Aitken of Turners Falls, Carol Katz of Florence, Linda Trageski of Greenfield, and Bonnie DiTamosso; Tracy Gaudet of Orange and Lorraine Fox of Belchertown are not pictured. Home health aide with clientWhen you can't manage normal daily activities, Home Care Services provides the help you need to stay in your own home or return there after a hospital or nursing home stay.

Our goal is to help you be independent at home with the support you need.

FCHCC staff work with you and your family in your home to help you determine your needs and make informed decisions. A plan of care specific to your needs is developed and services are arranged with service providers you choose.
