Memory Disorders Support and Counseling
Early
and complete evaluation is important, as some memory disorders may be
treatable.
FCHCC knows who provides services in your area and can connect you with them in a timely fashion. In addition, FCHCC offers two support groups to help caregivers of people with memory disorders:
- The Alzheimer's Support Group
- Referrals to other services and caregiver support
