Coaching and Caregiver Skills Workshop

The third part of Franklin County Home Care’s Spring 2008 series of Workshops for Caregivers is called “Coaching and Caregiver Skills.” It focuses on hands-on training, like learning how to transfer someone you are caring for, using gait belts, etc.

Sue Pratt, of TRIPP Community Care Collaborative (TCCC), will be the presenter. TCCC provides customized teaching, coaching and in-home caregiver skills training.

The “Coaching and Caregiver Skills” workshop will be held Wednesday, June 25 with 5:30 p.m. registration followed by the session from 6-8pm. The location for the event is Greenfield Community College Downtown first floor. The session will include some lecture as well as a question and answer session. There will be light refreshments served.
