In the Community

Many programs exist in your community that offer nutritious meals, time to socialize with peers, a chance to keep you health in check and also make sense of your health insurance and prescription drug plans.

Senior Dining Centers: Noon meals in your community with peers.

Men's and Women's Health: Free mammograms, pelvic exams, and health screenings for men and women. It takes just five minutes to apply.

SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders): Health insurance and prescription drug assistance: helps you makes sense of your health insurance options and coverage. Also can help you get into or makes changes in your Medicare part D plan. SHINE counselors can meet you at our agency or come to you!

Outreach: We make a point of bringing our programs and services to locations throughout our service area. Come see us at a location near you!
