Senior Dining Centers (Congregate Meals)
Senior Dining Centers and Luncheon Clubs provide hot, noon meals for people age 60 and older and their spouse of any age. The meals offered are at one of eight area Senior Centers or one of nine Luncheon Clubs listed below. Dining Centers offer the opportunity to have a well-balanced meal (600-800 calories), no salt added. Non-sugar desserts are available. Come and socialize with friends & neighbors!
Menus are published on this website, and in the Friday edition of the Greenfield Recorder and the Quabbin Times section of the Athol Daily News.
Reservations for meals at Dining Centers and Luncheon Clubs are required one day in advance. Call centers between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. one day in advance to make your reservation. There are no financial eligibility requirements or cost for the meal, though voluntary donations are accepted. You do not have to live in the community where you dine.
Gill/Montague Senior Center will serve meals on Fridays through June 25th. They will not serve on Fridays during the months of July and August. They plan to resume serving lunch on Fridays in September.
