Doing Business with FCHCC

It is the policy of Franklin County Home Care Corporation (FCHCC), in accordance with Massachusetts Executive Order 309 and the FCHCC Affirmative Action Plan, to encourage full participation of minority and women owned business entities (M/WBE) in contracting with or doing incidental business with FCHCC.

FCHCC will take affirmative steps to assure the participation of M/WBEs certified with the State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (SOMWBA). When evaluating requests for contracts and/or business proposals, FCHCC will consider the certification status of the bidder or entity wishing to do business with FCHCC.

FCHCC strongly encourages minority and women owned businesses to seek SOMWBA certification. Potential business partners should visit the SOMWBA website at www.SOMWBA.state.ma.us to receive information on the process of becoming SOMWBA certified.
