Keep Moving - Walking Groups

Walk and you’ll be rewarded, body and soul! Keep Moving groups provide a safe, social and effective way to get exercise. Walking regularly has been shown to prevent or control diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, colon cancer and weight gain. You might also feel more energetic, increase blood circulation, lower blood pressure and get stronger. Have fun, meet your neighbors and get outdoors!
